I'm truly sorry and offer my condolences to your lovely family. I haven't kept in touch with Bill but have thought of him sometimes and wondered what he was up to. I thought he'd be tickled to hear I'd married a nice Jewish doctor. Hugs to all.
I just recently caught up with Billy on facebook. Yes, I still remember him as Billy. We grew up together in Brass Castle. I am shocked to learn of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
I shared a magical summer with Bill in 1978 when we went on a camping trip all over the country. I will never forget how much fun he was and am so very sorry for your loss.
