As a child I best remember the smiling face and hello at the Acme. Later when I was elected to council, John took me under his wing as a Councilman and then as Deputy Mayor. John said the positions on council were nice but it was about serving the people of Washington. Thank you, John.

My condolences Mrs.Tinsman.I remember when I worked for the Nutrition Program in washington and you and John would come in for lunch. You two were always so sweet to me.Such a beautiful couple you made.I always called John Mr. Tinsman and he would say my name is John, but I just couldn't call him that.I had way to much respect for you both.He will be saddly missed.Again my condolences to you and the family.
