Obituary of Ed Stone
Edward Lipski, aka Ed Stone 61 of Port Colden NJ died at his home on on Tuesday June 12.
He was born in Bayonne NJ August 21, 1950. He is the son of the Late Edward Lipski and Alice Ambrose Lipski of Port Colden NJ.
He was a self emplyeed Carperter and was in the process of finishing his own home that he was building from scratch.
Ed served in the United States Marine Corps.
In his youth he was a avid baseball player and had become an exceptional hitter. His love of baseball turned to music and he formed his band called the "Inspirations". .Ed also had a solo career and even established his own production company. Under that label he recorded his own collection of musci and was ater released for sale.
In addition to his loving mother Alice, he is survived by nieces and nephews, Bill Lipski, Kim Bridygham, Robin Lipski and Chris Jennings, great nieces and nephews Joshua, Bobby, Tyler, Nasheer, Naji and Namaya, and two great-great nieces.
He was be missed also by his faithful companion, his dog "Willow"
Memorial Services will be held July 28th at 10AM in the Port Colden United Methodist Church Main Street in Port Colden NJ. Inurnment of ashes to follow in the Washington Cemetery, Washington NJ
