Dear Linda and Nancy and family, It was pleasure to get to know Bert since June of this year and to spend countless hours in her company cheering on our beloved Yankees, watching Jeopardy, playing Scrabble and keeping track of her Dancing With the Stars. We told each other many stories and enjoyed "Chipper" the chipmunk who always left half of his hickory nut shell on the front porch and half on the back porch. We watched many beautiful sunsets together. I will always cherish the time I spent and the laughter we shared. She spoke with great pride of her daughters and her grandchildren and her sisters. Bert was a remarkable woman. My condolences to you all at this time and I am honored that I was able to share time with her and to provide her comfort. Letitia M. Green- Home Instead Senior Care
