I was so sorry to learn of Gene's passing. She was a remarkable women with such amazing talent. I so enjoyed painting ceramics with her for more than 20 years. First met her in her adorable house in Springfield before she moved away to Andover. We still followed her and continued our Tuesday Night class's for many more years. I still have many ceramic pieces that I made with her that I truly cherish. Gene adored her family, cooking, and growing all kinds of fruits and veggies. I will always keep a part of our friendship deep within my heart. She will be so missed.
