Lottie and Joe were always so nice to me, and invited me to sit and chat with them on their porch when I delivered their mail. They always asked about my Mom, and talked about my late Dad. Joe used to tell me about when he was training at Camp Peary, VA., during WW2 and my father was a just arrived recruit who didn't even have a uniform issued to him yet.. My Dad's father died suddenly in Belvidere, and Joe loaned my Dad his Navy uniform to use to go home for the funeral. I have many fond memories of talking to both of them. They are together again in heaven. Peace, prayers and condolences to Donna, Gary, and families and friends.
