jake was my best friend, my husband, my soul mate, the father of my 3 wonderful kids, the grandfather to my 3 beautiful grandbabies.... i miss him so much.... life has changed so much over the last year and i cant say for the better either. this wasnt suppost to happen to us, this isnt what we had planned. i keep asking myself "why", but i never get any answers. even tho we had our moments of diagreements, we always found away to get past it. all i can say is " i love you jake, now and forever, you will be in my heart forever....
